FLEECE INFO: A white Coopworth fleece with a little curl and long strong staple length. Shorn Dec '23. Staple length: 5-6in. Weight: 4.25lb. More cross-fibering than is ideal so some areas may be a bit difficult to process. Left fleece on a bit too long (12 month shear) so it's gotten a bit messy. A good project fleece for someone who enjoys processing. Much of the fleece is clean and white, with some discoloration at tips that should wash out. Some areas of the fleece have yellowing - this is not canary, just yolk discoloration, and should wash out. A good fleece for outerwear, socks, etc or for blending with a softer fiber to add strength and longevity. This sheep was not coated. Mostly low VM so should clean easily despite cross-fibering. Will split fleece for 2lb minimum @ $12/lb.
 
ABOUT THIS SHEEP: LG is a 3.5year old ewe. She is one of our smaller girls, but she makes up for it with a big personality! She loves cuddles and is one of our friendlist girls. She always greets visitors for a cuddle and neck scratch. She is an amazing mother who always raises three lambs all on her own!
