FLEECE INFO: Very rich fleece, excellent crimp with a sweet little curl. It is very soft for Romney, but the staple is a little on the short side. I shear this sheep on the short side because it is so soft and tangles easily if I leave it to grow too long. This sheep was not coated, so there is some weathering and discolouration in the fleece, but it is still nice and strong. Most discoloration should wash out. Staple length: 3.5-4.5in. Weight: 5lb. Low VM.
ABOUT THIS SHEEP: Sweet Dee is a 2.5 year old Romney ewe. She's a chubby girl who loves her grain and is also affectionate and loves a cuddle. She is downy soft so we're always happy to give her a scratch and run our hands through her fleece!
